Cosmed Training offers two payment options;

• Payment in full – you can secure your place immediately by paying in full through our website or calling our training academy directly.
• Payment scheme – an initial deposit is required, then the remaining balance to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to start date which can be paid via website or over the phone.

Whether you are paying in full or in two instalments, the balance must be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to the course date.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can force your plans to change. Please see below the procedure we have in place:

• If you change your dates between 7-21 working days before the training course start date you will be charged 25% of the course fee along with a €25 administration fee.
• If you change your dates within 7 working days of the course start date you will be charged 50% of the course fee along with a €25 administration fee.
• If you change your dates within 48 hours the full 100% of the course fee plus a €25 administration fee will be charged.

Cosmed applies these fees as the closer it gets to the course date it becomes more difficult to fill delegate spaces. Please contact us on +3531-5547878 if you do need to change your course, so we can help with any outstanding charges (if applicable to you) and can get you booked into the next available course date that suits you.

If for any reason you have had a change of mind, Cosmed Aesthetic Training Academy require 4 weeks notice prior to the course start date in writing or by email. Hopefully we can help you find another course that suits you!
