What is humm?

humm offers flexible payment plans to help you split the cost of your purchase into smaller instalments. You can spend anything up to €15,000 across 10 weeks, to 36 months.

Decide how much you’d like to borrow (we lend up to €15K at selected merchants) and get your ID ready. See below for what else you’ll need.

Head to humm.ie and apply for an amount you’d like to spend with humm. You could receive an answer in as little as 5 minutes.

Set up a plan

Choose humm at the point of payment.

You’ll be directed to the web portal (online) or you may need to use your smart phone (in-store) to set up your plan and complete your purchase.

Remember, you must be preapproved for an amount to spend before you can complete your transaction.

Split your payment

Ensure your total purchase is equal or less than your approved amount.

You may be required to pay your first instalment upfront. You’ll then split the rest over fortnightly or monthly payments, on terms ranging from 10 weeks to 36 months (varies by merchant).

Now sit back and relax! Your remaining payments will be taken automatically from your chosen card.

How do I apply for humm?

Visit humm.ie and login or sign up for an account, or just simply apply for an amount to spend with humm. You could receive an answer in as little as 5 minutes.

How do I make my purchase using humm?

You will need to have an approved amount to spend with humm (which you can apply for at humm.ie).

You will then choose to pay with humm at the point of purchase (in-store or online) and will be guided through the requirements to set up your Fixed Sum Loan and set up the repayments for the loan.

You may be required to make the first payment at the time of purchase. The card you use to make this payment will then be used for the recurring payments to service the Loan Agreement.

Can I make more than one purchases with humm?

Yes! You can make multiple purchases from multiple merchants up to the amount you have been approved for, which is valid for 90 days from approval date.

Can I pay off my humm plan early?

Yes, you can pay your plan off early without any additional fees or charges. You will only pay the balance owing (including interest, if any) up until the point of closure.

You can make additional payments at any time, and you can do this as often as you like – simply log in to your online customer portal (you will have received an email about logging in when you made your purchase), and clicking on your agreement number, and click making a “One-Off Payment”.

What happens if I miss a payment?

You can make a manual payment through your customer portal or using the quick pay link that you will receive by SMS on the due date when the payment has been declined.

If no manual payment is made on the due date and the payment on the due date was declined by your Bank due to insufficient funds, we will process a retry for the payment amount on the following day automatically around 7am.

If the payment is still outstanding after the first retry then a one off €9 late fee is applied and will be due to be paid in addition to the monthly payment amount. If no manual payment is made during a day, we will continue to retry for the payment plus one off fee daily for a period of 27 days.

If the card for payments on file has expired, damaged and replaced, or been reported lost stolen, you will need to update the card details and make a manual payment. Please go to My Portal Questions for more information. In these circumstances no late fee is applicable.

Warning

If you do not meet the repayments on your loan, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access credit, a hire-purchase agreement, a consumer-hire agreement or a BNPL agreement in the future.

  The PRP training day delivered by COSMED Skin was one of the most professional, informative and clinically useful courses I have attended in along time….

The day struck the perfect balance between the science of platelet-rich plasma and the practical skills required to safely and effectively incorporate PRP into clinical practice. The teaching was evidence-based, engaging and delivered by Anna, who has 20 years of  real-world experience. Every aspect of the course was exceptionally well organised, from the theoretical content to the hands-on training sessions.

What impressed me most was the emphasis on patient safety, treatment protocols, patient selection and achieving consistent clinical outcomes. The trainer Anna, was approachable, knowledgeable and generous with her expertise . Every attendee received individual attention.

The practical component was outstanding and left me feeling confident to implement what I had learned immediately. It was clear that Cosmed Skin is committed not only to teaching techniques but to developing competent, safe and successful practitioners.

  Amazing day of training in skin boosters with Anna. Anna is a wealth of knowledge and a great teacher. The course was very hands on and covered numerous different skin boosters and protocols for administration. By the end of the day, I left with confidence and competance in skin boosters.   I recently completed my Foundation Botulinum Toxin Course with Dr. Madonna and it was such an incredible learning experience. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to gain ample hands-on experience, especially as I was the only trainee at the time. Dr. Madonna was extremely professional, patient, and supportive throughout the course, creating such a comfortable and encouraging learning environment.
