Delivery

Delivery charges

  • €20 per delivery- (to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland).

Delivery times

  • For orders placed Mon – Thudelivery time will be 1 – 3 days
  • For orders placed on a Fri, Sat or Sun delivery time will be3 – 5 days

Conditions

  • Deliveries are sent nationwide within Ireland via courier (DPD).
  • Collection available from Cosmed Academy Dublin location (Mon-Fri 9 – 5pm business hours).

Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Returns are generally only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • Temperature-controlled items cannot normally be returned once delivered.
  • Unwanted goods cannot normally be returned.

Refunds

  • If goods are confirmed faulty or incorrect, Cosmed may issue a refund or replacement.

Return costs

  • If the supplier is at fault (e.g.incorrect or defective item), Cosmed typically covers the return or arranges collection.
  • If the customer wishes to return goods for other reasons, returns are usually not accepted, and if permitted, the customer would bear the return cost.

Conditions

  • Customers should inspect goods quickly (often within 24 hours) and report issues promptly.
  • Products must have been stored according to manufacturer guidance, particularly for temperature-sensitive aesthetic products, risk passes to the customer once delivery is accepted.

  • Payment can be made online via our Shop page using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Maestro
  • Payments can be accepted over the phone and in person at Cosmed Academy.
  • We also offer a collection service from our Cosmed Academy location in Central Dublin.

At Cosmed, we strive to deliver exceptional service. If you have any concerns about your experience, we encourage you to let us know.

If your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service DPD. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods or due to factors outside of our control.

Please allow a little extra time for delivery, as many delayed parcels arrive shortly after the estimated date. If your tracking has not updated or your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to assist.
