Returns & Refunds

Returns

  • Returns are generally only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • Temperature-controlled items cannot normally be returned once delivered.
  • Unwanted goods cannot normally be returned.

Refunds

  • If goods are confirmed faulty or incorrect, Cosmed may issue a refund or replacement.

Return costs

  • If the supplier is at fault (e.g. incorrect or defective item), Cosmed typically covers the return or arranges collection.
  • If the customer wishes to return goods for other reasons, returns are usually not accepted, and if permitted, the customer would bear the return cost.

Conditions

  • Customers should inspect goods quickly (often within 24 hours) and report issues promptly.
  • Products must have been stored according to manufacturer guidance, particularly for temperature-sensitive aesthetic products, risk passes to the customer once delivery is accepted.
