What are the delivery charges for orders within Ireland and Northern Ireland?
Delivery charges are €20 per delivery to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
Do you Deliver outside of Ireland?
No, we only deliver to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
What are the Delivery Times?
Delivery times are:
- For orders placed Mon – Thu delivery time will be 1 – 3 days
- For orders placed on a Fri, Sat or Sun delivery time will be 3 – 5 days

- Temperature-controlled items cannot normally be returned once delivered.
- Unwanted goods cannot normally be returned.

- Payment can be made online via our Shop page using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Maestro
- Payments can be accepted over the phone and in person at Cosmed Academy.
- We also offer a collection service from our Cosmed Academy location in Central Dublin.

You can pick up your order between 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday from the following location:

If your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service DPD. While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy periods or due to factors outside of our control.
Please allow a little extra time for delivery, as many delayed parcels arrive shortly after the estimated date. If your tracking has not updated or your order appears significantly delayed, please contact our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to assist.
