Returns
- Returns are generally only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
- Temperature-controlled items cannot normally be returned once delivered.
- Unwanted goods cannot normally be returned.
Refunds
- If goods are confirmed faulty or incorrect, Cosmed may issue a refund or replacement.
Return costs
- If the supplier is at fault (e.g. incorrect or defective item), Cosmed typically covers the return or arranges collection.
- If the customer wishes to return goods for other reasons, returns are usually not accepted, and if permitted, the customer would bear the return cost.
Conditions
- Customers should inspect goods quickly (often within 24 hours) and report issues promptly.
- Products must have been stored according to manufacturer guidance, particularly for temperature-sensitive aesthetic products, risk passes to the customer once delivery is accepted.
