A theoretical component:

Pre-reading
-Pre-reading in the form of a pre training manual enabling the delegates to read all the relevant course theory content before attending on the day.

In Person Training Day
-Theoretical sessions on medical Microneedling and topical exosome therapy.
-Multiple-Choice Quiz
-Concluding with a Discussion/Q&A session

A practical component:
-A live demonstration by the expert trainer providing a complete overview of medical Microneedling and topical exosome therapy for various treatment indications on the face, eyes, neck and decolletage.
-Followed by live treatments sessions where each delegate will perform medical Microneedling, and topical exosome therapy overseen and directed by the expert trainer who will assess each delegate using an Observational Activity Checklist.

Conclusion of the Training Day:
-Assessment results based on the Multiple-Choice Quiz and the Observational Activity Checklist
-Q&A session
-Further training recommendations
-Awarding of the Certificate of Completion if successful

There will be ample opportunity throughout the practical section of the day to practice assessment and treatment techniques on live training models under the supervision of the expert trainer to ensure that each delegate obtains a solid understanding of all training delivered.

All model arrangements and clearance will need to be completed at least 2 weeks before the training course date.

Course Objectives

To ensure all delegates have a firm and comprehensive understanding of medical Microneedling techniques and the topical application of Exosomes for the face, eyes, neck and decolletage. Ensuring they can

-Doctors, Dentists, Prescribing Nurses, non-Prescribing Nurses, Prescribing Midwives and non-Prescribing Midwives, Prescribing Pharmacists and non- Prescribing Pharmacists and Therapists with NVQ Level 3 beauty therapy or equivalent qualification can attend this Medical Microneedling and Topical Exosome/Polynucleotide Training Day.
-All attending medical or healthcare professionals must have an active current registration with either a Medical, Dental, Nursing, Midwifery or Pharmaceutical body in Ireland or the UK.
-Evidence of delegate’s registration will be required when booking onto this course.
-Therapists must provide evidence of qualification when booking onto this course.
-All delegates will be covered by Cosmed’s indemnity insurance on the day of training.

-How many exosome treatments are needed?

Promoitalia NUCLEOSKIN TOPIC – the power of  PDRN – Polynucleotides combined with the efficacy of Hyaluronic Acid. Application technique and protocol
-Nucleoskin can be applied using either the pen or a dermaroller.
-The intensity of the treatment, the depth of the needles, must be calibrated according to the type of skin and the characteristics of the patient.
-The application through Pen is also indicated, in this case we do not recommend treatment in the vermilion area.
-1-2 ml of product are usually required to treat the facial area.
-The treatment must be repeated every 20-25 days for a minimum of 4 sessions.

Protocol for face and body
-Normally we need 1.5 ml for face, using 0.025 ml of product for each application (about 60 micro applications for the whole face).
-For body the quantities are necessarily higher: 3ml for each session with 0.1 ml per application.
-We recommend 4/6 session, one every 20 days. Protocol for periocular area
-The periocular area is much more delicate and for this reason the product must be diluted with physiological solution with ratio 1:1 (1 ml of product + 1 ml of physiological solution). In this case we need about 0,025 ml for single application.
-We recommend 3/4 session, one every 28 days.

KEY INGREDIENTS:
-Biologically derived PDRN with high molecular weight (2500KD) 2%
-Hyaluronic Acid 10 mg/ml crosslinked with BDDE
-Glutathione 2 mg/ml

Polynucleotides (PDRN) – Polydeoxyribonucleotides, or PDRNs, are the molecules that make up our DNA, our genetic code, which is why they are very precious molecules for the body and cells. Stimulates cellular receptors and the maturation of fibroblasts in myofibroblasts. Their main feature, in addition to transmitting genetic information, is that of being able to activate many cells membrane receptors and trigger biological processes that are fundamental for the life of the cells themselves.
