What is Sunekos?

Sunekos is a range of CE III approved injectable treatment containing a patented formula of amino acids and Hyaluronic acid. It regenerates the Extra Cellular Matrix (ECM) by stimulating the fibroblasts in the skin to produce a complete mix of collagen and elastin. This treatment is a great option for clients who wish to maintain a more natural look, or those who do not want or need anti-wrinkle injections or fillers. Performa is a 3.5ml pre-mixed vial composed of 128 mg AA – HY6AA Formula: Glycine, L-Proline, L-Lysine MHC, L-Leucine, L-Valine, L- Alanine and 35 mg of LMW HA (50-250KD) in a specifically balanced solution adapting to the electrolyte composition of the Interstitial Fluids of the face, neck, hands and décolleté. Sunekos HY6AA Formula significantly increased Collagen and Elastin expression, both compared with the untreated cells and vs other types of biostimulation after 72 h of treatment.

Sunekos Performa restores homeostasis of ECM in the ageing process, counteracting the oxidative stress, typical of the ageing process and repairing damage from UV exposure, by supporting, the process of the reconstruction of the dermis.

What is the benefit of Sunekos Preforma over Sunekos 200?

Sunekos Preforma is now pre mixed in one vial with 3.5cc to use on multiple areas of the face, eyes, neck and décolleté.
Sunekos Performa is the latest innovation in aesthetic medicine research from Sunekos Laboratories. It is composed of low molecular weight HA and the patented cluster of Amino Acids (AA), the HY6AA formula, in a new ratio “AA vs HA” allowing a significant reduction of the

Sunekos Training Course costs €900

• Delegates’ competencies will be assessed at the end of the course day by our trainer.
• On successful completion of the course, delegates will receive a certificate of training, which is Insurer-Approved

Sunekos is injected into the mid-deep dermis of the treatment area using either micro-bolus or retrograde linear injections using needle or cannula. A course of three to four treatments at 2 week intervals recommended for best results, followed by a repeated course of treatments six months later. Sunekos Performa: High Performance Technique (upper + mid + lower third or full face) with needle or cannula combination Sunekos 1200: High Performance Technique with needle or cannula.

Aging determines a decrease of HA, reduction of fibroblasts activity, down regulation of CD44 and RHAMM receptors as well as all gene- transcriptors for HA, increase of Hyaluronidase.

Sunekos Preforma is safe to inject anywhere on the face including eyes and forehead as it is non crossed Hyaluronic acid.

What is Sunekos Body and Cell 15 Injectable?

Sunekos Body is composed of 10ml of low density Hyaluronic Acid (HA) + Amino Acids (AA) (HY6AA Formula: Glycine, L-Proline, L-Lysine, L- Leucine, L-Valine, L-Alanine) in a specifically balanced solution adapting to the electrolyte composition of the Interstitial Fluids of the body. The mixture of Amino Acids in Sunekos Body helps the expression of collagen type IV and elastin, promoting the assembly of Extra Cellular
Matrix (ECM) components. Indicated for skin laxity of arms, thighs and stretchmarks. Sunekos Cell 15 is a resorbable, sterile, injectable solution that promotes the recovery of physiological conditions, affected by inflammatory and structural factors, on the microcirculation and interstitial fluids of the body. The synergy of the mix of HA+AA and an Alkaline Solution determines the physiological induction of the precise mechanisms to improve the structure of the ECM, adjusting micro circulation and reducing fibrosis.

Can I use Sunekos Glycolic Peel on same day as injectable?
Yes, it is recommeded to use the Peel on the same day either before or after the Sunekos injections on the Face, Neck, Decollate or Hands. In addition to the injectable treatments, Sunekos also has a skin peel, oral nutrition supplement and skincare as an option to use in conjunction
with injectables.
Sunekos Tropeel is a skin peeling solution containing 60% glycolic acid, NAC and carnitine, designed to restore and restructure the skin. It can be used before or immediately after Sunekos injections and is effective in treating melasma, acne and ageing Nutrakos is a drinkable food supplement containing amino acids. It comes from the same patented formula as Sunekos and stimulate elastin and collagen production to improve the overall appearance and texture of the skin, hair and nails.

Extra Cellular Matrix (ECM) homeostasis is critical for all tissues.  Hyaluronic acid and specific amino acids are required.

What does the Sunekos training course involve?

All Cosmed Training courses include pre reading which is sent out
before the course date. Upon completion of the theory session, our Trainer will demonstrate a Sunekos treatment on a model. Following this demonstration, delegates will each get the opportunity to carry out a Sunekos procedure on a model and to observe their fellow delegates. All delegates are closely guided and supervised by our Trainer during the practical portion of the day.
