We recommend that our delegates read any information sent to them for course preparation and for pre-reading. A one-day training course consists of a combination of a presentation and theory-based learning, Q and A discussions, a quiz and practical assessment, live training demonstrations and a substantial amount of supervised practical hands-on injecting sessions on live training models guided and directed by our highly qualified trainers.

At Cosmed Training Academy, our emphasis is on small trainer: delegate ratios and providing ample hands-on practical experience, this sets us apart from other training providers. We firmly believe that the practical aspect is crucial for every delegate to truly understand and gain the confidence needed to perform treatments effectively once the course ends.

During a standard Cosmed Training course, you will engage in both individual and group activities to enhance shared learning and experience.

Theory-based learning and Q and A discussions will take place in a classroom-style group setting. Practical hands-on learning occurs in small groups in a clinical setting, this allows for the exchange of knowledge on injection techniques and best practices and also allows for not only hands on injecting but also up and close observation of not only the trainer demonstrations but also the delegate injecting sessions. We strongly encourage active participation during practical sessions. To ensure sufficient practice and observational time for everyone, we employ a rotation system, ensuring that all delegates have ample opportunities to practice and observe.
